1. Estimate Validity & Scope Estimates are valid for 30 days. Pricing is based on the property condition at the time of assessment. Any changes to the scope, including unforeseen heavy buildup or additional areas requested on-site, will require a revised estimate or change order.

2. The "Wash-Ready" Requirement (Customer Responsibility)To ensure a safe and effective service, the customer is responsible for the following prior to our arrival:

• Seals: All windows and doors must be fully closed and have functional, airtight seals.
• Electrical: All exterior outlets must be GFCI-protected and have weather-resistant covers closed.
• Clearance: Remove or protect sensitive potted plants, outdoor furniture, and vehicles from the wash zone.
• Utilities: Clear and safe access to the property and an active on-site water source must be provided.

3. Liability & Property Exclusions Rolling Suds of Omaha utilizes high-volume, low-pressure (Soft Wash) technology designed to clean safely from the ground. We are not liable for damage or water intrusion caused by:

• Faulty Seals: Failing window/door seals, uncaulked siding joints, or deteriorated weather stripping.
• Structural Issues: Pre-existing damage, loose siding, oxidized paint, brittle wood, or "Acts of Time" such as cracked concrete and settling foundations exposed during cleaning.
• Hydrostatic Pressure: Water entering basements or crawlspaces due to poor perimeter drainage or lack of foundation sealing.
• Holiday Lighting: Permanent exterior lighting (e.g., Gemstone, Trimlight) must be water-resistant by design. We are not liable for system failures resulting from manufacturer or installation defects.

4. Suds Club "Fair-Play" Membership

• Cancel Anytime: Members may cancel at any time via the Member Portal or written notice.
• The Fair-Price Guarantee: If a membership is cancelled before the 12th monthly payment, a "Service Settlement" fee will be applied. This reconciles the difference between the discounted membership rate and our standard one-time retail price for services already performed. You never pay a penalty; you simply settle the balance to the standard retail rate. 
• Auto-Renewal: Memberships auto-renew annually. A reminder is sent at Month 11.

5. Stains & Expectations While our high-volume system is superior to standard pressure washing, some deep-set stains (oil, rust, irrigation minerals, or heavy oxidation) may be permanent. Results vary based on the age and condition of the surface material.

6. Weather & Force Majeure In Omaha, safety is our priority. We reserve the right to reschedule due to high winds, freezing temperatures, or lightning. We will notify you and reschedule for the earliest safe opportunity.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not 100% satisfied, notify us within 48 hours of completion. We will return to re-wash the area of concern at no additional charge.

8. Payment, Interest & Collections Payment is due immediately upon completion.

• Interest: Accounts unpaid after 30 days will accrue interest at 1% per month (12% annually), the maximum allowed under Nebraska Revised Statute 45-104.
• Collections: The customer is responsible for all legal and collection fees incurred to recover overdue balances.

9. Agreement to Terms By accepting an estimate, booking a service, or enrolling in the Suds Club, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

1. One Credit Per New Household: Referral credits are only valid for new memberships at addresses not previously serviced by Rolling Suds of Omaha.
2. The "No Double-Dipping" Rule: Only one $25 credit can be applied per new member sign-up. If a new member is referred by multiple people, or if both the referrer and the referee submit each other's names, the total discount for the new sign-up remains capped at $25.
3. Mutual Benefit: For a credit to be issued, the referred party must complete their first successful monthly payment. Credits will be applied to the following month's billing cycle for both parties.
4. Credit Limits: Referral credits hold no cash value and are non-transferable. Credits can only be applied toward active Suds Club monthly dues. If your referral credits exceed your monthly bill, the remaining balance will roll over to the next month.
5. Privacy & Ethics: By providing referral contact information or uploading a list, you represent that you have the individual's permission to share their contact details with Rolling Suds for the purpose of a service invitation.
